Tide Cottage is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required with the completed booking form.

The balance of the rental is due no less than five weeks before the date of arrival.

Please note the cottage is prepared for 4 person occupancy and any over occupancy may be refused unless by prior arrangement.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only.

Please ensure you arrange suitable holiday insurance to cover your stay.
